HOMEARAMA® is the registered trade name for the single-site new home showcase produced by the Home Builders Association of Greater Cincinnati. The 2017 show will mark the 54th year for the new home showcase. HOMEARAMA® regularly attracts thousands of enthusiastic Cincinnatians. HOMEARAMA® 2017 will feature a variety of architectural styles. The homes will range in price from $800,000 and up.
Developed by M/I Homes of Cincinnati, Rivercrest is a beautiful, 132 acre community with 211 single family lots (39 custom lots; 172 M/I Homes lots), overlooking the Little Miami River in the highly acclaimed Kings School District. Located in Hamilton Township, this community is minutes from I-71 and I-275, providing quick and easy access to all of Cincinnati.

I-71 North - Take the Mason-Montgomery Road/Fields Ertel Road exit. Follow the exit to the right going towards Mason Road/Fields Ertel Road. Turn left on Mason Montgomery Road, turn right on Fields Ertel Road, turn left on Montgomery Road. Go approximately 7 miles on Montgomery Road and the entrance to Rivercrest is on the left (just on the other side of the bridge that goes over the Little Miami River). Follow the signs to HOMEARAMA® parking.
