WHY SHOULD YOU CONSIDER WORKING WITH A MEMBER OF THE HBA?
There are many reasons why you should consider using a builder, remodeler, or associate who is a member of the Home Builders Association of Greater Cincinnati. HBA builders and remodelers are required to fulfill stringent requirements designed to protect consumers. Additionally, all builders and remodelers are required to offer a one-year warranty and comply with the HBA’s code of ethics. If for some reason you have a complaint with a builder or remodeler who is a member, the HBA’s industry standards committee will help you and your builder or remodeler work together to resolve it.
