Six builders, many first-time participants, have committed to building market homes in the show including Artisan Estate Homes, dba John Candle Homes; Justin Doyle Homes, The Drees Co., Homes by Gerbus, Sterling Homes and Todd Homes, dba Infinity Homes. There are a total of 12 lots included in the HOMEARAMA® section of the community. Homes will be priced between $650,000 and $850,000. The community, developed by Rhein Gundler, LCC, is managed by Robert C. Rhein Interests, a 10-year host of previous HOMEARAMAs®. Financing for HOMEARAMA® 2016 was provided by CenterBank.
The community features 85 acres located along the picturesque tree canopy of Barrett Road, encompassing a terrain of rolling hills and mature trees, in popular West Chester Township. The Oaks of West Chester is adjacent to Keehner Park and is minutes away from shopping and restaurants at the Voice of America, Streets of West Chester and the new Liberty Center mixed-use development. Several golf and country clubs are also located nearby. It has amenities including a clubhouse, pool and walking trails, and is located in the prestigious Lakota School District.
“HOMEARAMA® is the midwest’s idea showcase featuring the latest trends in home designs, colors, appliances, technology, decorating and landscaping. Smart buyers who meet with a show builder early can design a home that reflects their personal tastes, while obtaining thousands of dollars in upgrades at no additional cost,” said Dan Dressman, HBA Executive Director.
