The show will be held Saturday-Sunday, noon – 6pm, April 9-10; 16-17; 23-24; 30-May 1, in a variety of communities throughout Butler, Clermont, Hamilton and Warren counties. Admission is free.
A Realtors-Only Pre-Show Day, sponsored by Compass Advantage, LLC, will be held April 5, 11:30-2:30 pm.
Each weekend, show goers will be able to participate in special prize package drawings, in addition to the grand prize, a week-end getaway, sponsored by AE Door & Window and Plumb Tite Plumbing.
The weekend give-away and grand prize are as follows:
- Weekend #1, April 9-10; Private Oktoberfest Party for 20 at Hofbrauhaus Newport;
- Weekend #2, April 16-17; Aquascape Fire Fountain from Meyer Aquascapes;
- Weekend #3, April 23-24; Free Ohio Lottery tickets (limited supply)
- Weekend #4, April 30-May 1; Man Cave Makeover package from Florence Antique Mall, Quaker Steak & Lube and Phantom Sound
The Parade Craze app (Cincinnati version) can be downloaded on any mobile device. It includes directions to all the homes, photos of the homes, information on the builders and complimentary show tickets. Tickets are required for admission to the show homes and for participation in the weekly prize package drawings, as well as the grand prize drawing. Additional show information can be obtained at CincyBuilders.com. Free home show printed guidebooks can be obtained at any participating home.
