HBA Build-PAC

Build-PAC is a political action committee of the Home Builders Association of Greater Cincinnati. Build-PAC provides financial support to political candidates, regardless of party affiliation, who respect the legitimate interests of the housing industry as it strives to satisfy the community's need for better housing.

Build-PAC Benefits:

• Strengthens our industry by supporting state and local political candidates who work to eliminate unnecessary and costly regulations.
• Protects your financial interests by supporting Political leaders who understand and support our industry's position on the complex land-use matter.
• Balances the lopsided scales in the growth debate by helping to build a pro-housing, pro-growth attitude among our elected officials.

Build-PAC Procedures

Build-PAC contributions are voted upon by a 15-member Board of Trustees, selected by popular vote among the Voting Members of the organization. Candidates for public office are encouraged to submit a questionnaire and contribution requests. The Board of Trustees meets 4-6 times a year. Requests for support are also forwarded on to the HBA Board of Directors for endorsement consideration.
