DAVE STROUP ELECTED HBA PRESIDENT

Jan. 4, 2022- Cincinnati, OH: Dave Stroup, Vice President of Land Development, Fischer Homes, has been elected 2022 President of the Home Builders Association of Greater Cincinnati (HBA).

Stroup is a seasoned residential land develop professional with over a decade of experience. He is responsible for land development-related issues with the region’s largest home building company. The Cincinnati resident previously served as President of the Ohio Valley Development Council. He has been actively involved in the HBA serving as an officer and member of the board of directors. Stroup also serves as a trustee of the Ohio Home Builders Association and a delegate of the National Association of Home Builders.

Other 2022 HBA officers include VP/Treasurer - John Cowan, Somerset Homes; Second VP/Secretary – Greg Berling, Parkland Homes/CB Management; and Chair of the Board – T.J. Ackermann, Thomas J. Ackermann Co.

The Home Builders Association of Greater Cincinnati, established in 1934, represents residential construction interests in Brown, Butler, Clermont, Clinton, Fayette, Hamilton, Ross, and Warren counties in Southwest Ohio.
