Posted August 23, 2022
Cincinnati, OH, August 22, 2022: The nation’s oldest luxury home showcase, HOMEARAMA®, will host a dedication ceremony for its 59th show on Thursday, September 1, at 10 am, at ChimneyRidge, in Loveland (10377 Butterworth Road
Loveland, Ohio 45140). “It’s been more than 33 years since HOMEARAMA® was last held in Loveland at Glen of Claiborne in 1989,” said Dave Stroup, President of the Home Builders Association of Greater Cincinnati. “We are excited to welcome thousands of show-goers back to Loveland for the latest in new home design, technology, landscaping, and decorating.”
Six fully decorated and landscaped homes will be featured in the show scheduled September 3 - September 18. Show homes are priced between $1.2 and $1.4 million and three of the homes remain available for purchase. Additionally, attendees will be able to tour a tiny home built by Innovative Tiny Homes.
An over-sized adirondack chair, designed and built by students of the Great Oaks Career Center, will be on display and used as an Instagram Station throughout the show. The Great Oaks students also crafted a set of 4 adirondack chairs that will be given away at the conclusion of the show via a sweepstakes drawing. To enter the sweepstakes, show attendees must vote for their favorite HOMEARAMA® show home using one of the on-site kiosks.
Custom builders participating in the show include AR Homes; Drees Homes; Fry Homes; Justin Doyle Homes; and WP Land Company (2 homes). In addition, numerous special events will be held throughout the 16 days of HOMEARAMA®, including a Pop Up Art Show on September 3 and as part of our ‘Everything Cincy Day’, Drees Homes will host a meet and greet with Cincinnati Reds Hall of Famer, George Foster (accompanied by Mr. Redlegs) on September 11th at the Drees Home.
