HOUSING NEWS: HOMEARAMA® Groundbreaking on October 28, 10 am

Cincinnati, OH, Oct. 21, 2021: The nation’s oldest new luxury home showcase, HOMEARAMA®, established in 1962, will host a groundbreaking ceremony for its 59th show on Thursday, Oct. 28, at 10 am, at ChimneyRidge, in the city of Loveland. Note: GPS address to ChimneyRidge: 10377 Butterworth Road, Loveland, OH 45140.

Several million-dollar-plus homes will be featured in the show scheduled June 11 – 26, 2022. It’s been 33 years since HOMEARAMA® was held in the city of Loveland. The last HOMEARAMA® held in the city was in 1989 at the Glen of Claiborne.

Custom builders participating in the show to date include AR Homes, Drees Homes, Eagle Custom Homes, J & K Custom Homes, Redknot Homes, and WP Land. All are veteran show participants. In addition, numerous special events will be held throughout the 16 days of HOMEARAMA®. ChimneyRidge will include 30 homesites when completed. Campbell-Berling LLC developed the site.
